To make the film, Villoresi and his team spent over a month and a half on the design, set construction and filming, using plasticine, paper, wood, resins, Forex, lighting and the new Kerakoll finishes, which were used to achieve the desired colour effect. Nothing was generated automatically: every element was built, painted, modelled and animated by hand, gradually bringing to life a universe that emerges from white into a world rich in colour and movement. Houses, landscapes, objects and details come to life thanks to patient and meticulous work that draws on artisanal expertise and the ability to give new expression through colour.
The result is a visual narrative that blurs the boundaries between reality and imagination, reminiscent of a living cartoon, brimming with details, textures, developments and little surprises. A work that invites us to rediscover the pleasure of wonder and the value of the creative process. A manifesto dedicated to the culture of beauty and craftsmanship, to attention to detail and to that design sensibility that transforms colour into a living experience.
