The Nordic look of this home is enlivened by an eclectic selection of designer furniture. This project elegantly contrasts modern architectural details and materials with classical decorative elements. The Legno+Color Small Nat hardwood floor, laid in a traditional Italian herringbone pattern, adds character to the rooms and complements the original mouldings.
With its custom-made, linear furnishings, the kitchen is the most modern of the rooms. The warmth of the wood furniture contrasts starkly with the textural look of the Cementoresina KK 91 floors and Patina KK 93 splashback with its delicately shaded texture. The Microresina KK 93 panelling introduces a darker shade to the room.
The dining and living area is furnished with mid-century pieces that dialogue with more modern elements like the Cementoresina KK 93 bench. Wallpaper Living KK 85 gives the area a feeling of warmth.
A door in Microresina of the same delicate shade KK 85 provides access to the bedroom, which is characterised by a custom-made wardrobe in KK 59 olive green, built into a wall that also serves as headboard.
On the other side of the building, we come to the spacious living room with its Wallpaper Living KK 85 and Cementoresina KK 91 floor. The largest room in the flat, the living room, is enriched by metal portals finished in Microresina KK 94. An optimised use is made of natural light, with the external walls in Outdoor Plaster KK 91 being visible through the windows.
