The delicately finished rooms explore the rich colour palette of the Neutral Pink family. Delicate pinks combine with neutral greys and dove-greys to create sophisticated but striking settings.
From the city street, visitors enter a multifaceted environment that includes a showroom and coffee shop. In every room, a sense of unity is provided by the dominant texture of Cementoresina floors and by the smooth, monochromatic look of Wallpaper Living.
A series of theatrical curtains leads the way to a design studio that is an oasis of light. Raw finishes highlight the building’s concrete structure and the original selection of furniture includes an armchair from the 1970s and a coffee table made from an unusual mix of materials.
The Cementoresina KK 117 and KK 119 floors reflect the minimalist approach to design that pervades the interior, drawing inspiration from the building’s industrial character. Two shades of Cementoresina can be seen throughout the interior: they appear on the steps, the furniture, the base of the sofa, the flower pot and the large shared work station that dominates the office area.
Harmony is ensured by a light, powdery Decor KK 115 ceiling that brightens up the interior rooms.
The kitchen serves as a common room and meeting place. Its original design demonstrates the versatility of Kerakoll finishings: the shelf is in Microresina, the table and floor in Cementoresina, and the walls in ultra-smooth textured Wallpaper. Traditional wooden chairs contrast pleasantly with the contemporary style of the décor.
