In this context, Anna Proskuriakova and Matteo Lucchini created the family residence, with a project aimed at reevaluating existing materials and decorative elements, inserting modern architectural solutions and furniture as a counterpoint. A large mustard-colored sofa is the heart of the house, which plays with bold colors such as olive green and burgundy red.

And a clever play of mirrors brings the garden's beautiful palm trees inside. Cementoresin and Patina Living, in color KK79, were chosen for floors, showers and bathroom walls. “We loved the soft-touch and textural effect of the finishes,” explain the architects. “The color chosen was the perfect shade to echo the beige hues of the Lombard terracotta grain in the hallway floor.”
